Director of Leadership Giving
Caroline has been with Clean Water since May 2011. Her career has focused on various areas of nonprofit fundraising with an emphasis on starting and growing major gifts programs. As the major gifts officer, her responsibilities include identifying major gift prospects, setting up donor visits, and growing the capacity for our work protecting and advancing clean water across the country. She also produces individual and major donor fundraising and marketing materials, and develops and manages events for major donors.
Caroline is motivated by Clean Water’s grassroots advocacy making our world a better place through advancing protections for clean water at the state, local, and national levels to make change especially in regards to the water we drink and protecting our health. Her interests include advancing gender equity, visiting National Parks, yoga, being involved her community in the Baltimore area, and raising two kids to make the world a better place for everyone.
