Organizational Culture Director
Janée is a people-first leader, community connector, and strategist with over a decade of experience driving institutional change, building inclusive cultures, and equipping organizations to lead with purpose. Her work sits at the intersection of culture, strategy, and impact—spanning from leading large-scale multicultural initiatives to securing funding for mission-driven efforts.
As a long-time educator and leader across many colleges and universities, Janée has led cross-campus collaborations and developed programming that amplifies underrepresented voices. Her leadership style is grounded in deep stakeholder engagement, ethnographic thinking, and a commitment to fostering environments where all people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
A passionate facilitator and award-winning professional, she has delivered over 30 keynotes, presentations, and workshops across academic, nonprofit, and national platforms. She brings that same energy and care to her community involvement, having partnered with organizations such as the Tamir Rice Foundation and Walls of Love. In all she does—from moderating cross-racial dialogues to designing culture-shifting initiatives—Janée is driven by the belief that transformation begins with people, story, and intentionality.
