HR Manager
Born and raised and residing in Miami, Florida, Michelle graduated with a B.A. in Human Resources Management and is currently working towards obtaining her MBA in Human Resources Management with Southern New Hampshire University. Since 2014, she has been gaining hands on experience in the field of Human Resources such as Payroll, Recruitment, HR Generalist, and now serves as HR Manager. She is passionate about Human Resources and creating meaningful and lasting relationships. Her goal is to enhance all employees' experience and develop a strong and positive workplace culture through years of dedication to assisting and enforcing procedures and policies, as well as providing guidance and interpretation to all employees.
During her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time in the outdoors experiencing new adventures, going to the movie theater, concerts, cooking, and last but not least being with her dog Lola.
